All Opposite Lock Bullbars are specifically designed to suit each vehicle application.
Opposite Lock Design Engineers use the latest 3D Scanning technology to provide a 3D image of the vehicle as the platform to design the Bullbar. An Autocad package is then used to finalise the design prior to an initial prototype being developed. This prototype is then fitted to the vehicle to confirm fit and appearance prior to finalising the design.
Once the design has been finalised, a sample is produced and sent to an Independent Test Facility to ensure that the Bullbar continues to adhere to ADR69/00 (Full Frontal Impact Occupant Protection) and to the relevant areas of the Australian Standard for Bullbars.
Upon completion of the testing, OL Design Engineers provide final sign off for the Bullbar to go into Production in our state of the art manufacturing facility.
