The tail is the connection between the vehicle trailer harness and the trailer wiring. Hayman Reese boast a full range of tails and all are fully compatible with vehicle trailer harnesses that are supplied with Hayman Reese wired tow bars. Tails are available in 3 different lengths 1800mm, 1200mm & 400mm, this allows the selection of the correct length required for each vehicle. Tails are available with 7 & 12 pin flat, 7 pin large round, 6 pin round & 7 pin small round sockets. They are available with round cable for all versions that will be connected to the wiring mounting plate on the outside of the vehicle or they also come with flat ribbon style for the user who wants to keep the wiring inside the boot area of the vehicle until they are ready to tow. The flat tails hang out of the boot and are designed to operate while the boot is shut.
