Place an online Click & Collect with your nominated Opposite Lock store and your order will be ready for collection in 30 minutes. Simply choose the Click & Collect option at checkout and select your preferred store. This service is available 7 days a week across all of our Opposite Lock locations 10am – 4pm, check your preferred stores trading hours.
Please note, if your order is placed within 30 minutes of your local store closing, the order will be available for collection the following day.

Our friendly staff will select the items and notify you so you can enjoy the speed and convenience of same day pick up.
Your order will be ready for pick up at your nominated store within 30 minutes. When your order is ready for collection you'll get a notification via email. To collect your order, bring in your Order Confirmation email (you can show us on your phone or tablet if you like) and Photo I.D. (e.g. current drivers licence or passport), for orders purchased with a Credit Card you will also be required to present the Credit Card used to pay for the order. Please note that the Credit Card owner must collect orders paid for with a Credit Card.
We have a growing range of products in our Click & Collect program, but many more products in store. Please contact your local store to purchase items not currently available for Click & Collect.
If you need to cancel or change your order you can call your nominated store directly on the number listed at the bottom of your order.
*All pickups are within business hours only. Orders received less than 30 minutes before the close of business may only be available the next business day.
How do I Click & Collect at Opposite Lock?
We know how to keep it simple.
- Add our great products to your cart, remember Click & Collect products are marked with a Click & Collect symbol. You’ll be prompted to select your preferred store. You can change this later if you like.
- When you have everything you need simply proceed to the checkout. If products are unavailable at your preferred store, you can select a different store to collect from.
- Complete your checkout and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Your order will be processed at the store and you will receive an email and/or SMS when your goods are ready to collect!
- Note: You will need to present the below items when you collect your order:
- A copy of your order confirmation email (You can print it out or just show us the email on your phone).
- For orders purchased with a Credit Card, you will also be required to present the Credit Card used to pay for the order. Please note that the Credit Card owner must collect orders paid for with a Credit Card.
- Valid Government Identification such as: Drivers License / Proof of Age Card or Passport

What does it cost to Click & Collect?
With Click & Collect there’s no additional fees or shipping charges, the price you see is what you’ll pay.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Our team will endeavour to have your order ready within 30 minutes. You will receive an SMS (if you opted in for text notifications) and/or an email when your order is ready to pick up. Pick up is available during store trading hours.
Your order will be held in store for 14 days. If you can’t collect within that time, please contact your nominated store to extend the collection date.
What I.D. do I need to pick up my order?
Your order confirmation email and photo I.D. (e.g. current drivers licence or passport). For orders purchased with a Credit Card you will also be required to present the Credit Card used to pay for the order. Please note that the Credit Card owner must collect orders paid for with a Credit Card.
Can I collect my order early?
For urgent orders we recommend you contact your local store directly to confirm item availability and pick up time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Just call your nominated collection store and they will arrange your cancellation and refund.
I’ve already picked up my order, can I get a refund?
All refunds are according to relevant ACCC guidelines and store policies. Please contact your nominated store to arrange a refund.

Click and Collect Terms and Conditions
Click & Collect is available from selected Opposite Lock Stores. Opposite Lock Click & Collect may be unavailable during major sales events and promotions.
Opposite Lock Click & Collect is available only to customers located within Australia.
During major sales events & promotions, item/s in your Order may not be available. Opposite Lock will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection; you will be contacted prior to this date as a reminder collection is available. If your order is not collected within this time a refund will be issued using the same payment method, you will be contacted to notify you when this will take place.
When collecting your goods at the Click to Collect store, you are required to supply a copy of your Click to Collect Notification email (printed or on your smart phone) and photo identification. For orders purchased with a Credit Card you will also be required to present the Credit Card used to pay for the order. Please note that the Credit Card owner must collect orders paid for with a Credit Card.
An order is not deemed to have been completed until such time that it is collected from within the store and the transaction is finalised.
